What support do you need?

To access the features and services of Konnectingdots, follow these steps to log in successfully:

1. Accessing the Login Page

   From the navigation bar, locate and click on the "Join or Sign In" button. You will be redirected to the login page.

2. Login Options

   On the login page, you will find two login options:

   • Manual Login: Enter your email address and password to log in manually.

   • Social Login: Alternatively, you can log in using your existing Google, LinkedIn, or GitHub account.

3. Manual Login

   If you choose to log in manually:

   • Enter your registered email address in the designated field.
   • Provide your password in the password field.
   • Click on the "Login" button to proceed.
    

4. Social Login

   If you prefer to use your social media accounts for login:

   • Click on the respective social media icon (Google, LinkedIn, or GitHub) that you wish to use.
   • You will be prompted to log in to your chosen social media account.
   • Follow the authorization steps as required by the respective platform.

   •  Once authorized, you will be logged in to Konnectingdots automatically.

5. Troubleshooting

   If you encounter any issues during the login process, such as forgotten passwords or technical difficulties, please use the 'Forgot Password' feature or contact our support team for assistance.
