What support do you need?

If you forget your password:

1. Click on the "Forgot Password" option on the login page.
2. You will be redirected to the password reset page.
3. Enter the email address associated with your KonnectingDots account.
4. Click the "Submit" button.
5. Check your email inbox for a message from KonnectingDots.
6. Click the "Reset Password" link in the email.
7. You will be directed to a page to set a new password.
8. Enter and confirm your new password.
9. Once the password is successfully reset, you can log in with your new password.
